About

I am a Prague based artist exploring femininity, emotion and inner freedom. Through women, animals, movement and light, I paint the quiet moments of self discovery and the freedom of becoming more fully ourselves. My work is sensual, expressive and filled with a sense of lightness.

Statement

My work is inspired by inner freedom, the freedom to feel, to change, to follow our instincts and to become more fully ourselves. I am especially drawn to femininity in all its sensuality, intuition, playfulness, vulnerability and quiet strength. Women, horses, birds and open landscapes appear throughout my paintings as a language for emotion. A gesture, the movement of a body, an unexpected colour or a certain quality of light can carry a feeling that is difficult to put into words. I am interested in these subtle moments when something shifts within us and we begin to listen more closely to our own desires and feelings. Colour, movement and atmosphere are central to my work. I love the tension between intensity and tenderness, vivid colour and quiet space. Working primarily with acrylic and oil on canvas, I want my paintings to feel alive, sensual and free, leaving space for the viewer’s own emotions and associations.
