Statement

Each painting is an exploration of the dynamic interplay between colour, movement, and feeling. My abstract works are a vibrant testament to emotional energy, capturing the unseen currents that drive us through life. I craft pieces brimming with dynamic movement and distinctive colour combinations, aiming to evoke a sense of boundless energy. The canvas becomes a space where raw emotion is translated into a visual language, inviting viewers to experience a unique spectrum of feeling. My process is deeply intuitive, a physical engagement between acrylics, spray paint, and the canvas. Using squeegees and water, I manipulate the mediums with deliberate movement, allowing each colour and mark to guide the next. This fluid approach fosters a rich tapestry of interesting textures and spontaneous marks, echoing the spirit of Abstract Expressionism and Colour Field artists. This artistic journey serves as a vital creative outlet for my emotions, and through it, I aspire to inspire others to connect with their own inner landscapes. My work stands as a testament to the power of intuition, inviting viewers into a world of emotional resonance and vibrant possibility.
