Statement

I work with my body as my primary tool, using movement, touch, and physical presence to paint directly onto the surface. By recording each session, I blur the boundaries not only between the artist and the tool, but also between author and object. The body is simultaneously the one that creates and the one being watched. My work opens questions around the eroticization of creative acts and the female body as both object and agent. These questions are not resolved. I leave them deliberately open, existing in the tension between creation and exposure, control and surrender. The ritualistic and processual nature of my practice resonates across countries and cultures, suggesting something older than contemporary debates — something older and less easily defined: the act of leaving a mark as a form of presence, transformation, and proof that something living has passed through and left something of itself behind.
