Arty Farty Forte

About

I’m Isabel Forte, a London-based artist working under the name Arty Farty Forte.

Statement

I've spent the last 25 years working in television, producing entertainment and comedy, and have recently launched Arty Farty Forte as a platform for my artwork. My paintings are colourful and humorous, taking familiar objects, people and everyday moments and turning them into characters on canvas. I’m particularly interested in pop culture, celebrity and meme-style, slightly absurd humour - creating work that hopefully makes people smile.
