About this work
Lila sits folded into herself, quiet and at rest. Minimal white marks and warm flesh tones settle into the weave of natural linen. Clear gesso allows the warmth of the canvas to remain visible, making the ground part of the figure. Part of The Linen Trilogy alongside Freya and Anima. Original acrylic on gallery-wrapped linen canvas primed with clear gesso, 100 × 100 cm. Ready to hang and supplied with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. This is a unique original painting.
